1. So to start my portrait, I glued lots of newspaper onto a wooden board to cover up the wood this process did not take to long to complete.
2. After that I found ten words in the news paper that represented me, when I had my ten words I would stick them on top of the news paper covered board.
3. When all that was done I painted my choice of colours on my board. It had many nice colours, my personal favourite was toothpaste blue.
4. After that we let them dry.
5. When they had finished drying our next stage was to actually draw our selves slash tracing. We had a big picture of our selves and we would cover the back with black, then we would press really hard with a pencil while the picture was on top of our board. It was fun.
6. The pastel would then show up on the board in the outline of your face.
7. Then you would paint around you outline with white. Then you look pro.
Something that went well with mine was that when it dried it was shiny.
Something challenging was the painting. At first it looked hideous.
